Effective January 22, 2021, Sherman and Rodgers will resume tax foreclosure auctions.
The Pender County Courthouse suffered catastrophic damage during Hurricane Florence and renovations are ongoing. Until the Courthouse is reopened to the public, we will be holding all auctions at the Biberstein Judicial Annex located at 102 S. Walker St. in Burgaw, NC 28425.
